Delivery and returns
We deliver across all six governorates of Kuwait. Most orders arrive the next working day; our working week is Sunday to Thursday.
Delivery is a flat rate by governorate, and free on orders over the threshold shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for a little more.
Cut lengths cannot be returned, because cut cloth cannot be resold. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right.
Swatches cost a small amount, which is taken off your next order of the same colour.
